Life happens, and Missy B Beauty will always try to be flexible when appointments need to move.

Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time can be rescheduled based on availability. Because the schedule books quickly, a preferred replacement time is not guaranteed.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to an administration fee equal to 50% of the service cost, tax included. Weather exceptions may be waived only when confirmed directly by Missy B.

Please call ahead if you think you are going to be late.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have the appointment reopened or given to another client. If the appointment can still be kept, an additional charge may apply.

Arriving on time helps protect the full service window and keeps the rest of the day running smoothly.

Missy B Beauty commits to respecting each client's appointment time and asks for the same courtesy in return.

No-showing leaves an appointment spot that cannot be filled. A no-show results in a 100% fee before rebooking. This is not a deposit and will be charged at the next appointment if rebooked.

Repeated or serious no-shows may result in being removed from the client list.

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Empire Beauty Studios.

Arrive on time for each appointment, avoid hate speech of any kind, and keep voices low because other clients may be receiving services in the building.

Refunds are not offered for allergic reactions or anything allergy-related by nature. Free removals are available for reactions, and extreme symptoms should be assessed by a physician.

Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction. A complimentary touch-up or fix-up may be offered when concerns are shared within 3 days of the appointment.

Any service over $100 requires a 40% deposit.

Deposits can be collected by EMT, debit, or cash. They are recorded on file, applied to the full service amount, and are non-refundable.

For a first appointment, please allow the first 15 minutes for introductions and a consent form that can be saved to your phone.

Consent forms cover policies for the specific service, requirements, allergies, and medical information. These details are important for safety and health, so please take the time to read them fully.

Bookings outside regular open hours include a $25 overtime fee plus tax.

Foreign fills are accepted, meaning Missy B Beauty can fill another technician's work.

A $25 foreign fill fee applies.
