An Outstanding Experience
At Empire Beauty Studios, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Missy B Beauty experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with me goes as smoothly as possible.

NEED TO CANCEL?
I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, I'll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. That being said there is no guarantee you can get in as soon as preferred as I book up very fast. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, I will have to charge an administration fee. 50% of the Service cost tax included.
Please keep in mind I may wave your fee depending on weather conditions ext. This only applies if you hear this directly from Missy B.

LATE ARRIVALS
I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If I keep the appointment for you, an extra charge may apply.

NO SHOWING
What You Need to Know
I understand life can get in the way of your appointment, you may feel hesitant to let me know you cannot come. Please understand by no showing me I am unable to fill your spot leaving me short for the day. I will always commit to and respect your time, if you are unable to come I just ask you let me know for respect of my time. No showing results to a 100% fee before rebooking again. (This is not a deposit, you will be charged the full mount at your next appointment if rebooked). Please be aware you may be fired as my client for no showing.

TARDINESS
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Empire Beauty Studio and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. Please avoid hate speech of any kind and keep your voice low as there are other clients in the building.

REFUNDS
-I do not offer refunds for allergic reactions or anything by nature. I do offer free removals for reactions but if symptoms are extreme I will refer to physician.
-I do not offer refunds if you're unsatisfied. Although I will offer a free touch up/fix up only if you express your concerns 3 days after your appointment.

DEPOSITS
Any service over $100 requires a 40% deposit. This deposit is collected through EMT/Debit/Cash only and will be recorded on file as well as put towards the full amount. Non refundable
CONSENT FORMS
Please prepare for the first 15 minutes of our first appointment I will introduce myself as well as send you a consent form that you can save to your phone!
This consent form discusses all policies for that specific service, requirements, allergies and medical information.
The details are important for your safety and health so I will expect you to take the time to read through! There's no rush
OVERTIME HOUR FEE
$25.00 plus tax
Booking outside of my open hours results in a 25.00 overtime fee.


I ACCEPT FOREIGN FILLS
meaning filling other technicians work for a foreign fill fee of $25.00
